We stopped in after a volleyball game for a quick bite. We were surprised that the food was so good.
The chicken Lo Mein was tasty with a delicious smoky flavor.
My Pad Thai was made with very thin rice noodles instead of the traditional flat rice noodle but it worked. It was a bit spicy and had a deep taste.
The Sesame Chicken had a beautiful presentation. The chicken was fresh and crispy with a nice broccoli complement.
We ordered at the counter and the food was brought out individually as it became ready. This is non-traditional but served us well as we were hungry and we share dishes.

Nice little place hidden in Whitehall. Clean with friendly service. The food was made hot and fresh. No drama or confusion. Just good food. Had a craving and found Z's. Had an appetizer then our meal. Slow time or we might be the odd ones at eat in and not do "to go" orders. But it was fine. Hope to go back soon.

The chicken fried rice is dry with very little flavor. General Tso's is decent- nothing special

Chinese food takeout is always hit or miss. I've been going here when I want Chinese for about a year I tend to get the same things-orange chicken which has real orange peel in it and crab Rangoon and I'm always happy. It's fresh and well seasoned and the staff are very friendly. I always get it to go or delivered which is easy and affordable. I would like to branch around on the menu but I enjoy what i order so I never do. I sure remember blocks being my fav place on that strip but this is a decent replacement.

Ate there for lunch. Had Thai Basil with shrimp and an egg roll. really good. shrimp not overcooked and they don't skimp on the shrimp. My boss had green curry with chicken.
Very prompt service too!
